Выплата — начисление заработанных Партнером средств из внутреннего счета в Партнерской Программе в любую внешнюю систему платежей, поддерживаемую Партнерской Программой; "Payment" means crediting the funds earned by the Partner from the internal account in the Affiliate Program to any external payment system supported by the Affiliate Program;

Отчетный период — временной промежуток, в течение которого происходит накопление и калькуляция заработанных Партнером денежных средств с целью последующего вывода последних во внешние платежные системы; Рекламные материалы (промо материалы) — инструменты, используемые Партнерами для продвижения сервисов клиентов Партнерской Программы как в сети Интернет, так и за ее пределами. "Reporting period" means the period during which the funds earned by the Partner are accumulated and calculated for their subsequent withdrawal to external payment systems. Advertising materials (promotional materials)means tools used by Partners to promote the services of clients of theAffiliate Program both on the Internet and outside it.

СРА – программа сотрудничества, подразумевающая фиксированную оплату за активного игрока, сделавшего депозитов на сумму N и совершившего S раундов в играх. Сумма депозитов (N) и количество раундов в играх (S) обсуждаются индивидуально при настройке программы. 1. Приступая к работе с Партнерской Программой 12Monkiss, каждый Партнер обязан ознакомиться и принять настоящие условия Партнерской Программы. When starting to work with the 12Monkiss Affiliate Program, each Affiliate must read and accept these terms of the Affiliate Program.
2. Участвуя в Партнерской Программе, Партнер соглашается с тем, что настоящие правила и условия Партнерской Программы могут быть изменены без предварительного оповещения Партнера. By participating in the Affiliate Program, the Partner agrees
   that these terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program may be changed without
   prior notification of the Partner.
3. Партнер, принимая условия Партнерской Программы 12Monkiss, тем самым подтверждает, что ему 18 или более лет. The partner accepting the terms of the 12Monkiss Affiliate Program, thereby confirms that he is 18 or more years old.
4. Партнер несет полную ответственность за сохранность персональных конфиденциальных данных для входа в систему Партнерской Программы 12Monkiss (логин и пароль). За утерю Партнером персональных конфиденциальных данных Партнерская Программа ответственности не несет. The Partner is fully responsible for the safety of personal confidential data for entering the 12Monkiss Partner Program system (login and password). The Affiliate Program is not responsible for the loss of personal confidential data by the Partner.
5. Партнерская Программа12Monkiss оставляет за собой право отказывать в сотрудничестве тому или иному Партнеру без объяснения причин. Affiliate Program12Monkiss reserves the right to refuse cooperation to this or that Partner without giving any reason.
6. Партнерская Программа 12Monkiss оставляет за собой право на внесение изменений в Правила Партнерской Программы. Правила, опубликованные на сайте Программы, считаются действующими на данный момент. Хронология изменений правил Партнерской Программы не ведется. Affiliate Program 12Monkiss reserves the right to amend the Affiliate Program Rules. The rules published on the Program website are considered valid at the moment. There is no chronology of changes in the rules of the Affiliate Program.
7. Партнерская Программа 12Monkiss строго запрещает своим партнерам использование почтового спама в качестве инструмента продвижения услуг клиентов. В случае выявления действий Партнера, связанных с использованием спам-рассылок, Партнерская Программа оставляет за собой право на закрытие личного счета Партнера в системе 12Monkiss без последующей выплаты денежных средств. The 12Monkiss Affiliate Program strictly prohibits its partners from using email spam as a tool to promote customer services. In case of revealing the Partner's actions related to the use of spam mailings, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to close the Partner's personal account in the 12Monkiss system without subsequent payment of funds.
8. Участникам Партнерской Программы запрещено иметь аккаунты в казино. В случае выявления подобных ситуаций блокируется как аккаунт Партнера, так и аккаунт игрока в казино с полным списанием средств со счетов. Данное правило в равной степени распространяется на людей, лично знакомых с партнером. The Members of the Affiliate Program are prohibited from having casino accounts. 9. Партнерская Программа предоставляет графические материалы, но не текстовое сопровождение. Тексты с сайта, скопированные "как есть", могут послужить причиной для расторжения сотрудничества с Партнером. The Affiliate Program provides graphic materials, but not textual support. Partners are allowed to use the information available on the website and in the casino lobby in their own way. The texts from the site copied "as is" may serve as a reason for termination of cooperation with the Partner.
10. Участникам Партнерской Программы запрещено использовать так называемый куки стаффинг, а именно:

    - Открывать сайты Казино в iframe с 0 размером или в невидимой области.

    - Устанавливать куки скриптами, тэгами (например img) и любым другим способом, кроме открытия страниц Казино в видимой для игрока области.

    Members of the Affiliate Program are prohibited from using so-called cookies stuffing, namely:

    - Open Casino sites in iframe with size 0 or in an invisible area.

    - Set cookies with scripts, tags (for example img) and in anyother way, except for opening the Casino pages in the area visible to theplayer.

11. Участникам Партнерской Программы запрещен click fraud (кликфрод, «скликивание») - мошеннические действия, умышленно направленные на растрату рекламного бюджета конкурентов в любых проявлениях. 12. Согласно положениям данной партнерской программы запрещается регистрироваться в качестве суб-партнера, если у вас уже есть действующая партнерская учетная запись ИЛИ если вы являетесь супервизором партнерской учетной записи, принадлежащей физическому или юридическому лицу, которую вы ведете или к которой имеете доступ. Участникам Партнерской Программы запрещено иметь два и более партнерских аккаунтов в партнерской программе 12Monkiss. Если возникла необходимость в оперировании двумя и более аккаунтами в партнерской программе — партнер обязуется поставить в известность службу поддержки и предоставить объективные обоснования подобной необходимости. Members of the Affiliate Program are prohibited from having two or more affiliate accounts in the 12Monkiss affiliate program. Suppose there is a need to operate two or more accounts in the affiliate program. In that case, the partner undertakes to notify the support service and provide objective justifications for such a need.
13. Партнерская программа 12Monkiss оставляет за собой право запрашивать у Партнера источники трафика, на которых Партнер рекламирует проекты, сотрудничающие с партнерской программой. Если Партнер отказывается предоставлять данные источники, то партнерская программа оставляет за собой право прекратить сотрудничество с Партнером. Affiliate Program 12Monkiss reserves the right to request from the Affiliate the traffic sources which are used by the Affiliate to advertise projects cooperating with the affiliate program. If the Partner refuses to provide these sources, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the Partner.
14. Партнерская программа оставляет за собой право блокировать выплаты Партнеру, если у администрации Партнерской программы есть основания полагать, что Партнер нарушил правила работы с Партнерской программой или есть подозрения в мошенничестве. Выплаты могут быть заблокированы на любой срок до выяснения обстоятельств. По результатам проверки при выявлении нарушений условий сотрудничества Партнерская программа оставляет за собой право блокировать аккаунт партнера без предварительного уведомления.
    1. Партнерская программа оставляет за собой право заблокировать и обнулить баланс аккаунта Партнера-ресселлера за публичную клевету, необоснованную критику, а также за действия рекламодателя в причинении репутационного и имиджевого вреда по отношению к Партнерской Программе и/или проектов Партнерской Программы.
    The Affiliate Program reserves the right to block payments to the Affiliate if the Affiliate Program administration has reason to believe that the Affiliate has violated the rules for working with the Affiliate Program or there are suspicions of fraud. Payments can be blocked for any period of time until the circumstances are clarified. Based on the verification results, if violations of the terms of cooperation are detected, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to block the partner's account without prior notice.
    1. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to block and reset the account balance of the Reseller Partner for public defamation, unfounded criticism, as well as for the advertiser's actions in causing reputational and image harm concerning the Affiliate Program and/or Affiliate Program projects.
15. При систематическом использовании нецензурной лексики или оскорблений сотрудников службы поддержки в обращениях, партнерская программа оставляет за собой право бессрочно отказать партнеру в дальнейшей онлайн-поддержке или прекратить сотрудничество с последующей блокировкой аккаунта и обнулением партнерского баланса. In case of systematic use of obscene language or insults of the support service employees in requests, the affiliate program reserves the right to refuse the partner in further online support indefinitely or terminate cooperation with the subsequent blocking of the account and zeroing the partner balance.
16. Переписка и личное общение с администрацией, аффилейт-менеджером или службой поддержки партнерской программы считается закрытой информацией. Участникам партнерской программы запрещается предоставление и доведение до всеобщего сведения, публичный показ, предоставление третьим лицам возможности просмотреть/прослушать закрытую информацию (или ее фрагменты). В случае нарушения этого правила партнерская программа оставляет за собой право прекратить сотрудничество с последующей блокировкой аккаунта и обнулением партнерского баланса. Correspondence and personal communication with the administration, affiliate manager or support service of the affiliate program is considered classified information. Participants of the affiliate program are prohibited from providing and communicating to the public, public display, giving third parties with the opportunity to view/listen to classified information (or its fragments). In case of violation of this rule, the affiliate program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the subsequent blocking of the account and resetting the affiliate balance.

За нарушение действущих правил и условий сотрудничества Партнерская Программа оставляет за собой право на закрытие личного счета Партнера в системе 12Monkiss без последующей выплаты денежных средств и объяснения причин блокировки. For violation of the current terms and conditions of cooperation, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to close the Partner's personal account in the 12Monkiss system without subsequent payment of funds and explaining the reasons for blocking.

3. Плата за регистрацию игрока, внесшего депозит (СРА) 3. Depositing Player Registration Fee (CPA)

Если партнер заинтересован в работе с 12Monkiss по модели СРА, он должен обратиться в службу поддержки партнерской программы для подключения данной программы. Иначе, комиссионные по СРА начисляться не будут. Условия программы СРА оговариваются и устанавливаются непосредственно выделенным аккаунт менеджером партнера. If a partner is interested in working with 12Monkiss on the CPA model, he must contact the support service of the partner program to connect this program. Квалификация игрока - автоматическое событие, происходящее при выполнении игроком минимальных условий по программам CPA-модели. 'Player qualification' means an automatic event that occurs when the player meets the minimum conditions for the CPA-model programs.

Холд — время, за которое игрок должен получить статус "Активного игрока", а партнерская программа обязуется проверить этот статус и либо подтвердить его, либо отклонить. Помимо проверки статуса, на протяжении Холда игрок проверяется на наличие нарушений правил казино и партнерской программы. 5. Порядок вывода лидов из холда:
   1. Минимальное количество лидов, которое подлежит выводу из холда – 5 (пять) лидов в рамках одного оффера (программы).

   3. Максимальный срок пребывания лида в холде составляет 28 дней, после чего лид считается автоматически отклоненным.

5. Порядок и сроки расчетов с Партнерами 5. Partners settlement Procedure and terms

Отчетный период, установленный Партнерской Программой 12Monkiss, равен одной неделе. Выплаты проводятся каждую неделю, при наличии положительного баланса на счету партнера. Выплаты проходят каждый понедельник, за прошедшую неделю c понедельника по воскресенье включительно. Для проведения выплаты необходимо правильно заполнить платежные данные в программе. Если деньги на балансе Партнера находятся более 3 месяцев и не выводятся, то выплаты по аккаунту блокируются и средства списываются. Еще через 3 месяца такой аккаунт удаляется из Партнерской Программы. Если аккаунт Партнера был заблокирован, то через 30 дней с момента блокировки баланс в аккаунте обнуляется без возможности восстановления. Вы должны изложить Ваши доводы и конкретные факты в письме, отправленном на адрес саппорта. Срок рассмотрения жалобы — 14 дней. Решение, принятое Партнерской Программой является окончательным и пересмотру не подлежит. Письма, содержащие клевету, ложные обвинения и ненормативную лексику будут удаляться без рассмотрения. In case of a disputable situation, the 12Monkiss Affiliate Program is always ready to consider any arguments presented by the Partner and to approach the current problem solution as impartially and honestly as possible for both parties. You must state your reasons and specific facts in a letter sent to the support address. The term for consideration of the complaint is 14 days. The decision made by the Affiliate Program is final and not subject to revision. Letters containing defamation, false accusations and profanity will be removed without consideration.
